Powerful Health Tonic

  • One whole lemon
  • One whole garlic
  • ½ cup of honey
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne

Note: if you roast the garlic slightly there is less odor.

Put into blender and blend well.  Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.

Each day put a cube in a glass of water – stir and drink  Makes 14 cubes.
